Tingling in the surrounding areas and upper legs is likely downstream result of venous outflow from the member. The blood is rushing through areas that aren’t used to it. Just think of the amount of blood moving through the tissue that is being worked out? So yes, post session engorgement and pulsing is immediate feedback that your session was effective.

- Min of 5 days a week (M-F)
- Every 4-6 weeks, take 1 week off completely
- 2 sessions per day
- 20 min in the morning
- 20-30 min before bed

This is an interesting testimonial. This came from a customer that was using the original flat wheel design from the originator and researcher of the Angion method. He had plateaued in his growth and wanted to unlock new gains.
He contacted me and we collaborated on a new design - the intensive notched wheel present on the “Mega” wheel. His comments below highlight the increased flow from the mega wheel, especially when compared to the flat wheels provided on his old (competitor’s) wheel.

When I checked in to make sure he was happy with his original wheel, his response was simple: he loves it, and I make a great product. Repeat orders are the best validation a maker can get.

A fresh 5-star Etsy review on the Manny. Two things I’ll call out: the build quality is something I obsess over — the bearings, the print quality, the assembly — so it’s gratifying to hear it noticed in the first five minutes. And the comment about feeling “way more movement than with bare hands” is exactly why we built the wheel in the first place. Manual technique works, but the wheel does it better, more consistently, with less fatigue.
”Without this device, I would not be able to have sex”
This is one of the most meaningful messages I’ve received. Persistent sexual side effects from 5-alpha reductase inhibitors — taken for BPH, prostate pain, or hair loss — are well documented in the medical literature and on the drug’s own labeling.
